Santa Rosa Esporte Clube is a Brazilian football club from Icoaraci, a district belonging to Belém, capital of the state of Pará.
Since 2010, the club has been seeking a place to compete in the Campeonato Paraense - Série A and had never achieved it, but chaired by Luiz Omar Pinheiro, the club competed in the Campeonato Paraense - Série B1 until 2023, when it gained access to the First Division of Paraense, which it returned to compete in 2024, after 13 years.
