Lewis Gilbert is a Scottish racing driver who competes in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) driving a BMW 330i M Sport for WSR (West Surrey Racing). Born on June 24, 2004, in Dalry, North Ayrshire, Scotland.
Karting Success: Crowned European Champion in the IAME Euro Series X30 Junior class and won the Kartmasters British GP in Rotax Junior (2008/2018). He was also a multiple-time runner-up in the Senior Max class globally.
Made his car racing debut in early 2026 in the GB3 Championship with Arden Motorsport, recording multiple top-10 finishes. Graduated mid-season to touring cars in July 2026, joining WSR to complete the remainder of the BTCC calendar as a rookie.
