New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) (新日本プロレス, Shin Nihon Puroresu) é a principal promoção de wrestling profissional japonesa, fundada por Antonio Inoki em 1972. A NJPW faz também parte da National Wrestling Alliance. É transmitido um show televisivo na TV Asahi e é a maior promoção japonesa e uma das maiores do mundo. Apesar de declinar em sua audiência nos últimos anos, a NJPW possui o recorde de assistência em um evento de wrestling no Japão, em 2005 com cerca de 50.000 pessoas de acordo com o Weekly Fight.

A NJPW tem agremiações com Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, National Wrestling Alliance e Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Anteriormente, mantinha relações com World Championship Wrestling e a World Wrestling Federation.
