Description

The heavyweight division braces for a massive domestic collision at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester, as Fabio Wardley makes the first defense of his newly acquired WBO world title against Daniel Dubois. This "Don't Blink" showdown marks a historic moment for Wardley, who was elevated to full champion status after Oleksandr Usyk vacated the belt to pursue other ventures. The undefeated Ipswich man has been on a sensational run, most recently securing a career-best 11th-round stoppage of Joseph Parker to cement his status as a world-level threat.

Daniel "Triple D" Dubois enters this contest with a point to prove and the hunger of a former champion. Following a difficult rematch loss to Usyk last summer, the London powerhouse has reunited with trainer Don Charles, aiming to reclaim world honors and re-establish his dominance. With both fighters possessing devastating knockout power and a combined finish rate of over 90%, the boxing world is divided on whether Dubois’ technical jab and experience will prevail or if Wardley’s unorthodox angles and proven "iron will" in deep water will keep the belt in Ipswich.
