Description

Long, very long, marathon stage. The 249 kilometers between Vierzon and Le Creusot, which happen to be the longest distance in the Tour so far this century, invite to escapades, to dabbling within a peloton that will spend many hours on the saddle to cover this almost endless journey. In addition, the five ports - although only one of the second category - in the last 100 kilometers promise movement.
