SAGA Arena is a multi-purpose arena located at SAGA Sunrise Park in Saga City, Saga Prefecture, Japan. Opening on May 13, 2023.
Overview
It is a multi-purpose arena with a maximum capacity of 8400 people (including 6300 fixed seats), which is called "one of the largest in Kyushu".
In addition to being used as a home base for sports teams based in the prefecture, it is also used for various events. SAGA Sunshine Forest, the designated manager of the entire SAGA Sunrise Park, will also be entrusted with the management of this facility.
Before the opening, in May 2021, the Japan Sports Agency selected it as one of the "stadiums and arenas as exchange bases where diverse generations gather" in the second year of Reiwa。
