The Zubieta Facilities, officially the sports facilities of the Real Sociedad de Fútbol, are the training grounds of the Real Sociedad that are located in the San Sebastian neighborhood of Zubieta (Guipúzcoa), Spain, next to the racecourse.
In 2004, the last phase of construction of the Basque club's Sports City was completed. It has an area of 70,000 m² and hosts the training sessions of the first and second teams, as well as the youth teams.
The facilities have a capacity of 2500 spectators, have 7 fields, 4 of natural grass and 3 of artificial grass. It also has a rehabilitation room, gym, screening room and press room.
Originally this was going to be the place to build the new Real stadium and would also have hosted the Spain 82 World Cup, but finally due to disagreements with the City Council it was not built and San Sebastian was left without the World Cup.
