The Estádio Estadual Kleber José de Andrade, or simply Kleber Andrade, is a Brazilian football stadium located in Cariacica, in the Metropolitan Region of Greater Vitória. Inaugurated in 1983 by its former owner, the Rio Branco Atlético Clube, it has been owned by the State Government since 2008.
The original stadium was built by the Rio Branco Atlético Clube, which owned the Estádio Governador Bley in Jucutuquara, Vitória. After selling the Governador Bley to the Federal Technical School of Espírito Santo (now the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo) in 1972, Rio Branco acquired land in the previously isolated Campo Grande neighborhood in Cariacica.
The stadium was named in honor of Kleber José de Andrade, a former president and one of the greatest enthusiasts of the project. Its partial inauguration took place in 1983 with a friendly match between Rio Branco and Guarapari. The original project aimed for a capacity of 80,000 spectators, which would have made Kleber Andrade the third-largest private stadium in the country, behind only the Morumbi in São Paulo and Beira-Rio in Porto Alegre. However, due to financial issues, the club never completed the construction.
Although Cariacica was not a host city for the 2014 World Cup, the stadium underwent extensive renovations and was used as a training location for the Cameroon national team during the tournament. Its new capacity is approximately 21,000 people. The largest recorded crowd was during a match between Rio Branco and Vasco da Gama-RJ, part of the 1986 Brazilian Serie A Championship, where Rio Branco won 1-0. The match saw 32,328 paying spectators, with an estimated unofficial attendance of over 50,000 people.
