Description Paranoá Esporte Clube, better known as Paranoá and whose acronym is PEC, is a Brazilian football club based in Paranoá, in the Federal District. It was founded on April 30, 2000, under the name Colorado Esporte Clube Paranoá. In 2002, the team turned professional, experiencing the best period of its short history in 2004, when it won the second division of the Brasiliense Championship and also the Brasília Cup, the latter in a thrilling match against Ceilândia.
