Description

Toulouse Métropole Basket is a French women's basketball club based in Toulouse, competing in the Women's Basketball League. Founded in 2008, TMB was created by former managers of the Toulouse Cheminots Marengo Sports basketball team.

The TCMS transferred the sporting rights to the National 3 league free of charge, and the TMB subsequently acquired the sporting rights to the Lot-et-Garonne UST, which plays in the NF1 and is facing bankruptcy. Toulouse basketball is organized with the TMB reserved for women's teams and the Toulouse Basket Club, which became Stade Toulousain Basketball in 2023, for men's teams.
