Peli-Karhut (PeKa) is a sports club from Kotka, founded in 1945 in Kymi. The club was founded under the name Kymin Palloilijat as a special club for ball sports. The name was changed to Peli-Karhut during the Karhula township in 1958. In the early days of the club's history, the range of sports included football, ice hockey, ice ball, baseball, basketball and volleyball. The current range of sports includes basketball and football.
