Hapoel Safed is an Israeli professional basketball team based in Safed. The team competes in the National League, the second division of Israeli basketball.

Hapoel Safed was founded in 1951 and has won the National League three times, in 1999, 2008 and 2017. The team has also participated in the Israel Cup, reaching the final in 2008.

Hapoel Safed plays its home games at the Safed Sports Hall, with capacity for 2,000 spectators. The team colors are red and white.
