Grindsted GIF Handball is a Danish men's handball club from Grindsted, which since 2024 has played in the country's best men's league, the Men's Handball League. The team plays its home games in Lynghallen in Grindsted.
Back in 2016, the club's men's team played in series 1. Just two seasons later in 2020, the team was promoted from several years in the 2nd division and 3rd division to the 1st division. Already two seasons in the country's second best division, the team ended up in 3rd place in the overall basic game, which secured them qualification for the promotion game against HØJ Elite, which they lost, however. In 2023/24, the team won the 1st division and thus secured promotion to the Men's Handball League.
