Description

Club Baloncesto Ciudad de Valladolid is a Spanish basketball club from the city of Valladolid, in the province of Valladolid, in the autonomous community of Castile and León, which currently plays in the Segunda FEB league. It was founded on June 18, 2015, after the dissolution of Club Baloncesto Valladolid, and its current president is Lorenzo Alonso Nistal. In July 2020, it became part of the Real Valladolid CF structure, changing its name for several seasons before returning to its origins and reverting to the name Club Baloncesto Ciudad de Valladolid.

The club's current color is purple, although it was crimson at the time of its founding. The color also changed to white and violet when it merged with the city's football team in 2020.
