Description
A family-run affair, Balfe Motorsport has been in existence since 1998 as a partnership between father and son David and Shaun Balfe. With former Fortec Motorsport owner David running the team and Shaun concentrating on driving it has consistently managed to compete against some of the biggest teams in Europe, taking championships and race wins across the continent.
Dedication and professionalism has allowed the Team to conquer racing series from UK Championships to competing internationally against the very best factory backed teams and professionals. Championship and race winners, in British GT, Radical Sports Cars, Spanish GT, Caterham 7’s and outright winner of the Silverstone 24hr race.
Racing in series as diverse as Caterhams, Radicals, Spanish GT, International GT Open, and the British GT Championship, the team retains its close-knit, family atmosphere as it enters its 21st year of competition.
