Wright Motorsports is a race car preparation facility and professional race team, competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, GT World Challenge America, and Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA.
Owned by John Wright, the Wright Motorsports team fields Porsches in a variety of professional and amateur racing series – including the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama. The team won four consecutive GT3 Cup Challenge USA titles from 2012 through 2015 and this year fields a trio of entries in the series. Max Root drives the team’s No. 7 entry, with Fred Poordad in the No. 20 and Charlie Luck in the No. 45.
