Maximo Quiles, born in Murcia, began his racing career at a young age, quickly making his mark in Minibike championships across Spain. Quiles soon progressed through the ranks, bursting onto the scene in 2021 when he made his debut in the European Talent Cup. As a rookie, the Spanish rider notched up three victories and five podiums, clinching the title in his first season. Quiles would spend a further two seasons in the European Talent Cup, repeating his success in 2023, with a further five victories leading him to his second ETC title. Meanwhile, Quiles was making a name for himself in the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup, first joining the category in 2022 before finishing third in the standings in both 2022 and 2023. In 2024, Quiles continued to race in the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup and would end the year in fifth. Alongside this would come the step up to JuniorGP™, with the Spanish rider securing his maiden victory and four podiums, earning him a ride with the Aspar Team for 2025 as he prepares for his highly anticipated move to Moto3™ in 2025.
