


Nahuel Manganelli (born 19 February 2001 in Selva, Santiago del Estero) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder. He plays in the goalkeeper position for Deportivo Riestra in the Argentine First Division.
Career
Born in Santiago del Estero, he arrived with his family in Necochea when he was 11 years old. He briefly went through the children's categories of the Villa Díaz Vélez Club, and then competed for two years in Gimnasia de Necochea, where he coincided with players such as Alan Parrado, Lautaro Comini or Leonel Saks. Due to his father's work commitments, he moved to Balcarce, where he continued his training at Los Patos FC and played a season in the Mar del Plata League.
In 2016 he went to try out for Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata where he became part of their lower divisions. In 2019 he was promoted to the Reserve squad, a division in which he added his first minutes under the guidance of technical directors Leandro Martini and Mariano Messera. In January 2020, the then coach of Gimnasia, Diego Maradona, asked Leandro Martini for Manganelli's services to train with the senior squad.
In April 2021 he signed his first professional contract until December 2024.
In December 2021, Nahuel Manganelli was crowned champion of the 2021 edition of the Conmebol Evolution of Archers, he represented Argentina in the federated modality, for the men's category among young people from 18 to 21 years old. This event was held in Paraguay.
In January 2024, he was loaned out to First Division side Deportivo Riestra. On November 18, 2024, he made his debut in the First Division Professional League in goal for Deportivo Riestra in a 1-1 draw away to Defensa y Justicia.
At the beginning of 2025, he terminated his contract with Gimnasia by mutual agreement and signed with Deportivo Riestra. [11
