Description
The former GolfRSA No 1 and National Squad graduate looks comfortable in the professional ranks since he turned pro in April last year. He's already claimed his first win, the Tour Champs by The Courier Guy.
Broomhead, a former SA Stroke Play champion, finished tied eighth in his first event the Sunshine Tour ? the FBC Zimbabwe Open. His other tournament highlights have included tie for fifth in the SunBet Challenge Sun City, tied 10th in the SunBet Challenge Wild Coast, and tied third in the Vodacom Origins of Golf Zebula where he finished just two shots off the winning total.
He notched up two more top-1- finishes later in 2023, finishing sixth at the Blue Label Challenge and eighth in the SunBet Challenge at Sibaya.
