Jeffery Wade Ulbrich (/ˈʊlbrɪk/; born February 17, 1977) is an American professional football coach and former linebacker who is the interim head coach and defensive coordinator for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL).

On January 21, 2021, Ulbrich was hired by the New York Jets as their defensive coordinator under head coach Robert Saleh. On October 8, 2024, Ulbrich was named interim head coach of the Jets following the firing of head coach Robert Saleh after a 2–3 start of the 2024 season.
