


Robin Mantel (born 15 November 2000 in Brasschaat) is a Belgian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Heracles Almelo.
Career
Robin Mantel played in the youth of KV Turnhout and AS Verbroedering Geel. In the 2017/18 season, he played fifteen games for Geel in the First Division amateurs. After this season, he left for KSC Lokeren East Flanders, where he did not play a single game as a reserve goalkeeper.
After this club went bankrupt in 2020, he kept his condition up at KVV Thes Sport Tessenderlo and eventually joined Helmond Sport on an amateur basis. He made his debut in professional football for Helmond on May 7, 2021, in the 1-1 draw at home against TOP Oss. In the end, he came to three games for Helmond Sport. On November 10, 2023, he was allowed to come in for the injured Wouter van der Steen after an hour, and on February 16, 2024, he played a whole game against De Graafschap.
In June 2024, Mantel made the switch to Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie. He is third goalkeeper behind Fabian de Keijzer and Timo Jansink.
