Curtis Jerome Jacobs Jr. (born February 18, 2002) is an American professional football linebacker for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Penn State.

Jacobs was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL draft. Following the 2024 preseason, he was released by the Kansas City Chiefs and claimed off the waivers by the New England Patriots.
