


Mariona Ortiz Vives (Calella, Barcelona, February 28, 1992) is a Spanish professional basketball player. Standing 1.81 meters tall, she plays as a point guard for Casademont Zaragoza, a team with which she has a contract until the 26/27 season. She is a national team player for Spain in the youth and senior categories.
Her professional career began at CB Calella, where she played for six years. She then signed for Platges de Mataró, where she spent most of her youth development. In 2011, already with experience in LF under Girona, she signed for Caja Rural Zamarat, where she remained for two seasons. In the summer of 2013, she was signed by Perfumerías Avenida in Salamanca, where she played for two and a half seasons, before returning to Caja Rural Zamarat in December 2015 for the remainder of the season. In 2016, she headed to Europe, where she played in Poland and Belgium for five seasons. In the 2021/2022 season, she decided to return to Spain with Club Baloncesto Estudiantes, where she played for one season before heading to Casademont Zaragoza, her current team. In 2023, she won her third Queen's Cup, which paved the way for her to return to the EuroLeague.
