Born in 2005, Senna Agius would begin his two-wheeled career in dirt track and motocross before transitioning to asphalt racing. Exceptionally talented, he made a name for himself in the Asia Talent Cup and later competed in the JuniorGP Moto3™. However, his first standout moment came in 2022 when he participated in the Moto2™ European Championship project by Promoracing. The young rider secured two victories and a total of six podiums, earning him the second position in the overall standings behind Lukas Tulovic. In 2023, Agius joined Intact GP and set a blistering pace from the beginning of the season. The Australian would go on to win eight out of the 11 races in the campaign, clinching the Moto2™ European Championship title with a 67-point lead. Simultaneously, he took part in several races in the World Championship, first with Marc VDS and later with Intact GP. In total, Senna Agius boasts nine appearances in the World Championship before embarking on his first full season as a regular rider with the Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP team.
