Tim Neave, from Lincolnshire, started riding bikes at the age of 13. Born into a farming family, Tim, and twin-brother Tom, was bought their first 50cc quad bike at the age of nine, but didn’t get on two wheels till four-years later.
Tim began his racing career in 2010, competing in the ACU Junior Flat Track Championship and won all but one race that season. Remaining in the flat track scene, Tim joined Suzuki alongside Peter Boast and finished sixth in championship that year.
After racing flat track, Tim moved across to circuit racing, and has been a regular podium threat in the Superstock class. For 2022, Tim joiend the McAMS Yamaha supported Edwards 1902 Superstock team aboard the Yamaha R1 and secured race wins and podiums in an injury-hampered season.
2023 sees Tim step up to the Superbike class as he joins Jason O’Halloran on the R1 Superbike.
