David Lilley (born 19 October 1975) is an English former professional snooker player. David Lilley's first big success was his victory at the (amateur) European Championships in 1995, defeating his compatriot David Gray 8–7.
On 9 May 2021, Lilley overcame Jimmy White 5–3 to become the World Seniors Champion, entitling him to play in the 2021 Champion of Champions tournament.
