Luigi Samele (born 25 July 1987) is an Italian fencer. He has competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Samele won the bronze medal in the sabre team event. Samele competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics where he won the silver medal in the individual sabre event, being defeated by Aron Szilagyi of Hungary.
