Description

David Tomášek (born February 10, 1996) is a Czech professional ice hockey player for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Tomášek made his Czech Extraliga debut playing with HC Pardubice during the 2015–16 Czech Extraliga season. He joined JYP Jyväskylä prior to the 2018–19 season. On April 2, 2025 it was announced that he had signed a one-year deal to join the Edmonton Oilers for the 2025–26 season.

Tomášek represented Czechia at the 2024 IIHF World Championship and won a gold medal.
