Operating as a winger or full-back, she began her senior career at Glasgow City, then played for Turbine Potsdam and FC Bayern Munich in Germany's Frauen-Bundesliga, and for Arsenal, West Ham United and Bristol City in the English FA WSL, winning the domestic league title in all three nations.
