Pierre-Olivier "P. O." Joseph (born July 1, 1999) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was drafted 23rd overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.

On July 1, 2024 he signed a one-year contract worth $950,000 with St. Louis.

On December 18, 2024 he was traded to Pittsburgh.
