Benoît Ntambue Badiashile Mukinayi Baya (born 26 March 2001) is a French professional footballer who plays as a defender for Premier League club Chelsea and the France national team.
On 5 February 2018, Badiashile signed his first professional contract with AS Monaco FC. On 11 November 2018, he made his professional debut with Monaco in a 4–0 Ligue 1 loss to PSG.
Born in France, Badiashile is of Congolese descent. He is a youth international for France.
