Sebastián Fernández Wahbeh (born 12 July 2000 in Caracas) is a Venezuelan–Spanish racing driver. He competed in the 2019 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Campos Racing. For the 2020 season Fernández will join the ART Grand Prix team together with Théo Pourchaire and Aleksandr Smolyar.
The 19 year-old Spanish driver made his debut in Europe contesting the Italian Formula 4 Championship, the ADAC Formel 4 and the F4 Spanish Championship in 2016 and immediately achieved several wins and podium finishes. More recently, he ranked fourth in the Italian F4 series with five wins to his name.
