Óscar "Junior" Benítez (born 14 January 1993) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays for Mexican club Atlético San Luis, on loan from Portuguese club Benfica, as a winger.

Born in Adrogué, Buenos Aires, Benítez came through the youth system at Club Atlético Lanús, making his senior debut at the age of 19.

On 6 July 2016, he signed a five-year contract with Portuguese champions S.L. Benfica. On 1 September, he joined S.C. Braga on a season-long loan deal. However, he returned to Benfica on 6 January 2017.
