Paul Cliftonantho George (nacido el 2 de mayo de 1990 en Palmdale, California) es un jugador profesional de baloncesto estadounidense que juega en Indiana Pacers de la NBA. Con 2.06 metros de estatura, juega en la posición de alero. George jugó baloncesto de escuela secundaria para Knight High School antes de jugar dos temporadas de baloncesto universitario en la Universidad de Fresno State. Fue seleccionado por los Pacers en la décima selección del Draft de la NBA de 2010.
