Jake Fred Buxton (born 4 March 1985) is an English professional footballer and manager who plays as a defender and acts as a player-manager for Burton Albion.
Born in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, Buxton came up through the youth system at Mansfield, winning the Youth Team Player of the Year award in 2002, and made his first-team debut in October 2002 in a Football League Trophy match against Crewe Alexandra.
