Malaysian FA Cup fixture added to English FA Cup |

Posts: 15 Joined: 2026 | This event: https://www.thesportsdb.com/event/2598423-perak-vs-kuala-lumpur-city has been added to the English FA Cup erroneously - i am not sure how to correct it as the real Malaysian FA Cup is not in the system. curswine | ||

 curswine Edits: 1,133,455 Posts: 1,269 Joined: 2020 | It's an annoying bug, basically teams get reversed by the provider, but the system can't fully handle it, then the backup can't find the fixture and as a precaution adds it again, but it just goes directly to 'FA Cup', I've seen it happen to teams from Malaysia, China, and South Korea, all of which have cup competitions called 'FA Cup'. I've deleted the event, and reversed the teams in the original fixture so it shouldn't get re-added. | ||

I've now synced up those fixtures so they've got a proper place to go and the backup shouldn't kick in any more for it. Thanks for reporting. JFieldsend, zag | ||
