Wrong knockout round numbers (intRound) + missing penalty shootouts — Copa Argentina / Liga MX

Hi, I'm using TheSportsDB as the
data source for a football stats website. Running into two recurring data issues:
1) Knockout round numbers (intRound) are frequently wrong for Copa Argentina
(league id 4500) and Liga MX (league id 4350) — they don't map to the real
knockout stage (Round of 16, Quarterfinals, etc). Some examples:
- Copa Argentina: events 1927430, 1927442, 2178955
- Liga MX: events 2385588, 2385880, 2391876
I've had to manually correct roughly 150 events across both competitions so
far to work around this on my end. Could these be fixed on your side?
2) Penalty shootout scores are missing outside the World Cup. Examples:
- Copa Argentina: events 1927430, 2178955
- Liga Argentina: events 2258136, 2391955
- Champions League: events 2221826, 2221830
Is there a field for this I'm missing in the API response, or could these be
added?
