Hi just wanted to ask if we can update the cricket section if possible I have made a list but not sure if is what you are looking for.
This way makes it easier I feel.

How do you propose we record test cricket matches?
Are you going to help keep all those updated?

Please can you make an example event/.s of how you think that would work with test cricket? As far as I see It-it is impossible to record scores for an event which spans multiple days.

When I can, sure.
I not sure I will be able to do everything every day, but yes pretty much most can be done in a mater of time.

Cant we use the same way we do for Golf just add the data after the match finishes on day 3/4 or 5
I was not thinking as live scores but just as for the db

Cricket livescore not possible currently, although I have a cunning plan for that in the future that needs some thought.
Retrospective results yes, it wont be perfect but adding them after the event in the same way as golf will work. Just add the final score.

Golf is an individual sport and has a different format to cricket which is team vs team. Getting the score at the end of each days play, especially across multiple innings sounds like next to impossible to add/source the data.

Yeh I would think you could only be able to add a single event with the final score.

Cant we just add it like this
ICC Events=>Featured
Domestic First-Class Leagues=>Tier 1
Domestic First-Class Leagues Division 2=>Tier 2
Domestic First-Class Leagues Division 3=>Tier 3
Domestic One-Day Leagues=>Tier 4
Domestic T20 Leagues (Franchise)=>Tier 5
Domestic Short Format=>Tier 6
Regional Cup=>Cup
Defunct=>Defunct
I am not sure if you meant we can change Tier 4 to Domestic One-Day Leagues on the page and thats fine keep it as division 4.

I like your tiers idea, it would work better like that for Cricket, the only thing I don't like is the featured section being used as that is what is shown on the front page.
Please CREATE an example of how test cricket matches should be displayed on the website, I can't wrap my head around how it can be displayed in a way that is easy to read and easy to source scores from. How about try one of the recent Ashes matches? (but not one that ended after two days).

I still think it would be pointless to change all of this if you're unwilling to commit more of your time to the upkeep of results in general though. It is very time consuming and I am already stretched thin.
