I purchased premium but nothing is arriving except the match schedule. Besides that, I'm not receiving scores, pre- and post-match information, match results, or many other details. What's the problem?

How are we supposed to tell you when you're not including any information about what you are trying?

What endpoints and methods are you trying to use?
