 zag Posts: 3,848 Joined: 2020 | Just a thread mainly for my own tracking, but please feel free to post any sources or requests here for individual player statistics. Basically I'm importing the data from various web CSV sources. I aim to cover all the main sports eventually. Progress so far below: Basketball 2015 to 2024 NBA seasons 500 players x 9 x 24 stats from CSV files (108,000 stats total) Example: https://www.thesportsdb.com/player/34161169-klay-thompson Baseball 1990-2024 Batting CSV data 500 x 35 years x 17 (297,500 stats total) Example: https://www.thesportsdb.com/player/34161206-derek-jeter Pitching stats: Todo... Ice Hockey Todo.... American Football Todo... Soccer Todo.... Any sources? The vast amount of work is actually adding or importing players so we have something to match up against for the import . Bonus points as always for artwork and details on those players. zag Posts: 3,848 Joined: 2020 | If anyone has any ideas on how to display player stats better I am all ears. Some players now have huge statistic lists at the bottom of their pages. | ||

zag Posts: 3,848 Joined: 2020 | Also forgot to mention this now allows some amazing new features such as games played charts, best players of all time on a stat etc. Lots of possibilities, would love to hear some ideas. I've also been thinking about some kind of AI bot that understands sports stats and gives answers, but maybe that's a bit ambitious  | ||
