Get all countries of a specific Sport

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to get a list of all the countries in a specific sport ? That way I could query the leagues of the sport based on a specific country.
I know that there is an endpoint to get all the countries but some sport don't "use" them all.
There is also an endpoint that enables me to get all the leagues from a specific sport, so I could then make a list of the countries in all those leagues but this request can take a lot of time if there is a lot of leagues.
