Add a second link for YouTube Highlights

Hi to all,
recently we found the YouTube has different url for highlights for different countries, example football Serie A Italy, one url for Italy another url for the other countries, and the problem is that url you cannot see the video if You are not in the correct country.
Is it possible to add a second link for Youtube Highlights?
