 zag Posts: 3,853 Joined: 2020 | I've managed to find a nice accurate source for NFL player data so just wrote a big import. 500+ new players added to the correct teams. All NFL team rosters should be up-to-date now. https://www.thesportsdb.com/league/4391-NFL Still lots of player artwork and details, former teams etc to add but this should allow us to do accurate lineups and timelines for the NFL events now if people wish. | ||

Posts: 428 Joined: 2020 | Hi Zag, not sure if this is working correctly, just completed the Arizona Cardinals and there were a lot of players missing and several players from other teams. Seemed to be mainly from the Atlanta Falcons ( who never played for the Cardinals). Also is it possible to add an extra category, Injured/Suspended, to, Edit Player Details, Teams, to temporarily move a player from the Active Squads. zag | ||

Thanks yes I noticed this, it's probably beause Arizona was the first to import and I had some issues. I will check the others now. I'm planning on adding a few more new fields to a player such as ethnicity so sounds like a good time to include injury status as well. EDIT: New fields added smudgie | ||

Posts: 428 Joined: 2020 | Arizona Cardinals have an active squad of 53 players, if you add injured or suspended players to the squad they are added but you lose active players from the bottom of the list. (Seems at the moment you can only add 51 players max i think) Can the squad size be increased to allow for this. You can move injured or suspended players to the free agent list temporarily, but that doesn't seem like a good idea Think this applies to most of the teams in the NFL. | ||
