zag Posts: 3,960 Joined: 2020		Any update on getting the event timelines to sync from the apiFootball endpoint yet? Any chance we could turn this on for Premier League at least? English Premier league, Spanish La Liga and German Bundasliga are all now pretty much ready to go, but I cant just filter by those leagues without doing a load of temporary hacks. It will need to be at the very least MLS, French and Italian leagues complete with player ID's before I turn this on. Just for the logic behind this, If we miss just a single players ID and they have a timeline event then the sync will miss it out and cause all kinds of issues with top goal scores(coming soon) etc. So I want to get the backend data right before adding the feature I've run scripts in the background matching player names to the ID's, as well as personally checking and updating the the top 3 leagues player id's, so I am working on this a lot, others can help speed up the process though, it will be a cool feature once its done allowing many more features as well. cydalby

zag Posts: 3,960 Joined: 2020		Thanks I wrote a squad sync tool to add missing players automatically to a team. Should help a lot but still need artwork and descriptions. EDIT1: OK french squads synced automatically with ID's EDIT2: If anyone is interested in an easy way to do the French cutouts: 1) Go to the official website https://www.ligue1.com/ 2) Search for the player 3) Click on the player result to show their full profile page 3) Right click on the players image >> save image as 4) You should now get a nice 700x700 size profile image 5) upload image to https://www.remove.bg/ and it should auto resize to 500x500 6) Upload cutout to player page

Serie A also but it is progressing well. I'm also working on the English Championship in the background as thats the league my home team plays in

zag Posts: 3,960 Joined: 2020		Ok timeline sync is now active, its experimental for now as you will probably see lots of missing players. Especially the substitutes. zag Posts: 3,960 Joined: 2020		I improved it a little, so that the yellow cards show on the player lineup as well next to the players name. Wondering if I should remove them and the substitutes from the timeline to make it cleaner?

EDIT: I've also been playing with the display of timeline events. I hope it pleases all, I tried to simplify the data while keeping the nice look. Still trying to work out how to show assists and red cards. Ovokx, MaximeGo31
