Sanderson Lam won Event 1 of the 2026/27 WPBSA Q Tour Europe, defeating Farakh Ajaib 4–1 in the final on 30 August 2026.
The 32-year-old English cueist, nicknamed "The Panda", won seven matches over the four-day event held at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds, England. It marked Lam's first career Q Tour title, making a perfect amateur circuit comeback after dropping off the World Snooker Tour (WST) at the end of the previous season.
Lam put on a dominant display throughout the tournament, dropping only five frames across all seven matches.
