Description

Audrey Werro, Keely Hodgkinson and Femke Broeders-Bol renew one of the defining rivalries of the 2026 season in the women’s 800 metres final at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship. Werro arrives unbeaten outdoors and as the world leader, Hodgkinson brings Olympic championship pedigree despite a recent hamstring problem, and Broeders-Bol has rapidly emerged as a genuine title threat after switching from the 400 metres hurdles, setting up one of the most anticipated races of the weekend.
