Michael Thorbjornsen won the 2026 Rocket Classic on 2 August 2026, capturing his first career PGA Tour victory. The 24-year-old rookie shot a bogey-free, 7-under 63 in the final round to finish at 18 under par (262). He held off a highly competitive field at the Detroit Golf Club .
The tournament, held from 30 July to 2 August 2026, marked the eighth and final edition of the Rocket Classic, as Rocket Companies declined to renew its sponsorship after 2026.
