Description

The KCM Golf Challenge is a major professional golf tournament on the Sunshine Tour held in Zambia. Sponsored by Konkola Copper Mines (KCM), the 72-hole stroke play event takes place at the historic Nchanga Golf Club in Chingola and features a substantial $150,000 investment from the mining company.

The tournament concluded with South African Samuel Simpson claiming the championship title. He won with a score of 18-under par, finishing just one shot clear of a four-way tie for second place.
The event featured the fourth hole-in-one of the Sunshine Tour season when Christiaan Burke aced the 150-meter, par-3 ninth hole with a pitching wedge.
