Description

The final round at Club de Golf Chapultepec brings the high-altitude drama to a climax, where the primary challenge is the immense pressure of a final-day shotgun start. The objective for the individual leaders is to remain aggressive on the narrow, tree-lined corridors while managing the physical fatigue that can set in at 7,800 feet. The strategic focus remains on distance control; with the ball traveling roughly 15% further than at sea level, the ultimate goal is to avoid the penalizing slopes of the "Parkland" greens.

Strategically, the team battle is expected to be a shootout, as franchises like Legion XIII and Cleeks GC fight for a share of the massive podium bonus. The tactical focus for chasers like Jon Rahm is to exploit the short par-4s early to pressure the overnight leader, Victor Perez. With the iconic Mexican gallery providing a vibrant atmosphere, the ultimate goal for the contenders is to deliver a clinical under-par round to secure both the individual trophy and the team title in one of the most technical tests on the 2026 schedule.
