Toshiki Oyu delivered a masterclass in precision on Saturday, April 11, 2026, to secure the pole position for the 2026 Okayama GT 300km. Oyu’s objective was to capitalize on the strong foundation laid by teammate Rikuto Kobayashi in the earlier session, and he did so by clocking a blistering 1:17.352. This time held firm despite a massive late-session push from the defending champion Sho Tsuboi, giving the No. 38 KeePer Cerumo Toyota GR Supra the top spot on the grid for Sunday’s season opener.
